What is your shipping policy?

Are your kombuchas gluten free?

Yes! Our all of kombuchas are gluten free except our Hopped Yerba Mate.

Are your kombuchas alcohol-free?

Our kombuchas are non-alcoholic! That being said any and all kombuchas contain trace amounts of alcohol due to the fermentation process. As with any fermented product alcohol is a by-product and trace amounts can be found not just in kombucha but soy sauce, sauerkraut, kefir, vinegar, etc. Our kombuchas contain less than 0.5% ABV, which commercially made kombuchas must be below to classify them as a non-alcoholic beverage. At these levels, you would have to drink a lot of bottles in a short period of time to feel any effects.
